I don't know that there's much benefit though. You probably won't find VideoFactory much cheaper anywhere than direct from Sonic Foundry. Some people found Vegas cheap at Best Buy, but that was an older version, and they still had to order it and have it shipped anyway. If you do find it somewhere, make sure it's version 2 and not version 1. And even then, you'll still want to download the newest 2.0c update from Sonic Foundry's website.
