Ok, I have the demo of Video Factory 2.0 and I am planning on
purchasing it if this problem can be fixed. I have been running Aist MovieDV and video capture works w/ it. So I KNOW this is not a hardware problem. The thing is, I have problems capturing video. Whe I try reconnecting the device it gives me the message:

"The Device could not be opened.
Please make sure that it is turned on and is not being used by another
application or user."

No other programs are using the link, and everything is hooked up right. I have tried links with both IEEE 1394 Firewire capture as well as a Dazzle analog converter and both bring up the same message. My camera model is the DV Panasonic PV-DV100. Nothing Troubleshooting recommends will work. Does this problem occur just because I am running the demo version and will go away if I buy the full version, or is it something else? Please send me any suggestions you may have.
