Don't understand exactly what you're looking for. To create a transition with Adorage, you do it exactly the same way as with any other transition: Overlap two clip and apply the adorage transition. Once the transition is applied, you pick the proper options to get the look you want from the hundreds of presets.

Camtasia will capture the screen. Not sure how you're wanting to relate the two.
