No. When you "burn" a CD that sets the format. You can't have multiple formats on the same CD. However you can have multiple videos on the same CD and even add a menu. You can't do that in Video Factory however. :-(

As far as playing your video from your CD it depends on if it is MPEG-1 or MPEG-2. (VCD or SVCD)Any MPEG-1 should play as is, in Microsoft's Media Player. Be aware it is no longer a file with the extension MPG once it gets burned to the CD. Just look in the right folder on the CD you just burned and most PC players should play it OK. Hint: It is always the largest file.

If you make a MPEG-2, you need a MPEG-2 CODEC, which requires a additional DVD player software in order to obtain one. Once you install it, then Media Player and other players "borrow" the decoder and play the file alright.

The reason Media Player doesn't play MPEG-2 is the same reason it no longer plays Real Media files. Copyright issues.
