Can a Vegas user to get Adobe filmstrip

I have searche all over the place and I am wondering, is there any non-expensive, perferrably free way to convert an avi into an adobe filmstrip(.flm)? Or am I out of luck?

Nope. You can export a series of frames via various scripts, but not as a filmstrip
