Can DVD-A do motion text similar to a powerpoint project

I want to be able to have text that can slide in from any angles of the screen which I can then click onto like a link.
Can DVD-A do this? if so how?

How about if the menu background was a MOVIE and you made the actual links invisible OVER the final location of the buttons?

That IS what I do. Yes, it is time consuming, but it works. I do have a question to add. I have tried putting in graphic buttons from Photoshop with a transparent background, and I get a white outline around them. Any ideas
