Hello, if it is legal, if we don't break any agreement with Magix..

If anyone is buying Vegas Pro this black friday (until 1 december) and does not need the Boris FX Sapphire 2020 Render Unit - then i am willing to buy it for 49 $. Thanks !

I don't think you can legally resell that, and there's also the limitation that plugins bundled with Vegas often only work with that version of Vegas, so if you upgrade, you'd have to buy it again.
