Can I buy more MP4 Codecs/higher render settings?

I dont really know too much about it, and this is probably a REALLY dumb question but can I buy mp4 codecs or whatever with higher export quality and plug them into Vegas? Maybe one that supports 1440p 60fps at a high bitrate? or are the Sony AVC or MainConcept offerings the only available no matter what?

Sony with 26Mbps is not enough, and MainConcept I can only do 30fps, there isnt an option for 60fps for me
