Can I capture an Image off of the Timeline?

Can I caoture an image off of the timeline? I know I can grab one from the preview window, but it's too small to be of use. I need a snapshot of the video in its native resolution.

Can I do this?

Set your preview window to "Best." Click on the little file icon and save to a folder of your choice. Darryl

Set preview monitor quality to BEST/FULL and then click the capture button.
