Can I control frequency of I-frames (V6)

When rendering in Vegas 6, is there a way to control GOP structure length/how frequenly I-frames are created in the mpeg video? I'd like to try something around 10 frames in the GOP. Or is this determined by the bitrate I select ( I will be fitting about 1.5 hours of video on the disc so my bitrate will have to be around 6,500)?

Thanks.

I don't think you can do that in Vegas 6. Possibly in Vegas 7 but I haven't gotten that far into it yet.
For a bitrate for 90 min. of video, my calculator says a CBR of 6,400 or a VBR of 8,000-6,400-3,800.

In V7 I could place the I frame right where I wanted (I need to be able to set a chapter point pretty precisely), but I can't afford the 250 smackers to upgrade for a single project, so that's not an option.

In V6, hit the CUSTOM button, VIDEO tab, and then there's a pulldown menu for I-Frames
