Can I offline video easily?

Hi guys. Can't seem to find this anywhere in the help.

When i've finished a project, I want to be able to delete all the video files so they go offline. It'd be good if I could just select them in the media explorer, hit offline and they're deleted but the edits are left in the project in case I want it again and can just recapture the offline media. Is there an easy way to do this, or maybe a script someone's written that does this.

Cheers
Aaron

I always keep all the media for each project in it's own project folder. When i'm done with the project, i backup the .veg file (and .sfvidcap files, if i've used them) then delete the folder. Seems pretty simple and easy.

Thanks, yeah I've thought of that but from what i can tel the directories for capture and all that are on a global basis, I'd have to change directories in every project I have before capturing right?

True, or move the files after capturing. It only takes a few seconds to set up the capture directory before you start though, and it's all part of good project management. In the long run it will probably save you a lot of time and effort later on.

Thanks for the help, I might just start doing this now as that seem to be the only solution at present...
