Can I remove AACS (ICT) for Blu-Ray discs ?

I'm filming in HD, and creating movies with Vegas (Movie Studio HD Platinum 10) and outputting to Blu-Ray with DVD Architect. It's all working perfectly, apart from one issue:

The problem is, my home cinema doesn't use HDMI. All video is transferred via component video leads. Because of AACS, this means that I can't transmit video from a Blu-Ray disc at 1080i through component, and therefore my home-made movies can't be veiwed in HD.

My system happily plays HD movies from my camera's SD memory card at 1080i (my Blu-Ray player has an SD slot). That's simply because AACS isn't implemented when playing back movie files stored on a memory card, it only applies to Blu-Ray discs.

Can anyone tell me if the embedding of the ICT is 'set in stone' with any Blu-Ray disc that's created. Or can I unset the ICT ? Is there an option with the software to choose whether or not I implement AACS (I'm not sure if this is done within Vegas or DVD Architect).

If not, what are my alternatives ? Can I instead make a compilation of AVCHD files on a Blu-Ray that bypasses AACS such that my Blu-Ray player will handle the disc like a memory card and allow the full 1080i signal through ?

Thanks in advance for reading this...
