Can I use SV Movie Studio 10's 400 "Soundtracks&q

I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio 10 HD Platinum Suite and I read in the product description that the 1001 sound effects are royalty free and are allowed for Commercial Use but I am not sure about the Soundtracks that come with Vegas. The description says that these are also royalty free but I want to know if I can use those commercially? Soundtracks meaning the sound clips that come with vegas that range from 15 to 180 seconds. I don't want to assume I can, I want to know for sure.

Royalty free means that, once you've bought them, you can use them in any form you'd like -- in a project for commercial use, except as where specifically restricted in your agreement. (For example, many royalty free agreements won't let you use their images for video in porn.)

You can't resell them as-is, of course. But you are certainly free to use them in even a work-for-hire project.

Awesome. I knew I can't just resell the audio tracks but if I make videos and put the music in the background for an accent to my project that's just fine whether I make money off it or not?

That's what royalty free media is all about.
