Can I use VOB files in Vegas Video 3.0C?

I thought i could as i did it a couple times before, but i've come across this one vob file that i can't seem to import into vegas video. I've extrated them all with the newiest version of DVD decrypter.

Nothing has changed as I extracted it the exact same way as the others but i can't get this one vob to import. I get the error "File G:\Capture\VTS_03_1.VOB could not be opened." If I play the VOB with PowerDVD it plays perfectly and it's not cut short or anything.

The file size is only 178 MB. It's just a 3 minute clip that I wanted to make a VCD of to store on my computer for easy viewing.

Anybody know what could be wrong?

Thanks!

No idea what's wrong, but if all you want to do is keep the clip on your computer for easy viewing, then why not just copy the VOB file to your computer? That way it will remain in DVD quality and won't suffer any rendering or format changes.
