Can I "zoom in" a close up?

I would like to know if it is possible to edit a "close up" from an imported video clip. I have read every part of "help" I can find but can't see to find out if this is possible.

Try Pan/Crop. I know the word "crop" doesn't invoke visions of zooming but that's actually the tool that does it.

You can do it with track motion as well, but John's right - pan/crop is the easiest (and doesn't effect the entire track). Be careful about zooming - unlike hi rez pictures, zooming in on video is gonna start to blow out your focus. Sharpen will help this a bit.
