Can Ipod & PSP files be inluded in DVD?

I was wondering if anyone has tried (maybe it can't be done) to embed ipod or PSP files inside of a DVD made by DVDA4?

What I am looking for is the ability to make a hybrid type of disc that allows you to download psp or ipod movies when the DVD is inserted into a PC.

You could include the video files in an "Extras Folder", and add that folder to your finished DVD (don't forget to reduce the disc space for your DVD-VIDEO by the size of the Extras folder)
