I have installed Xvid-1.2.1-04122008 codec on my computer. When I try to use it in Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9.0 I get an error message saying no compatible codec found.

I then go into www.virtualdub.org and use the same settings (Xvid) and here everything works fine.

Why can't I encode using XVid in Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9.0 ?
