Can not render higher than 800x600

Hello,

When I try to render my video higher than 800x600, I am told this can not happen. When I capture the video I capture it at 1280x1024. How can I render the video higher than 800x600?

You need to provide complete information about:
1) Source video parameters
2) Capture settings
3) Project settings
4) Render settings

This is necessary for anyone to be able to provide a sentient answer to your question.

Thank you for your reply, and please be patient, I am very new to this.

1. I am not sure exactly what you are asking here.
2. My raw capture is AVI format, resolution is 1280x1024.
3. The project settings I have been trying to change, but they keep resorting back to custome 800x600.
4. I am trying to render in windows media format, with the 3MPS template. Mode is CBR, Image size3 is high def. 1440x1080. Bit Rate is Internet/Lan 3Megs.

I hope this will help to better resolve my issue, is not please ask me more, I will gladly insert Screen Captures to better help you if need be.

What capture application did you use?
If you used Windows Movie Maker to capture your video, I can almost promise you it will not work.

Some versions of Vegas Movie Studio do NOT allow HD video rendering. You need to upgrade to Platinum.

I use Fraps, and I am at the regular edition, not platinum.
