Can someone PLEASE respond to this!!!

I just downloaded VF 2.0c (and I love it!), but now every time I load it and start a project and go into the text menu (only this area for some reason)to try and put titles in, my system just re-boots as soon as I'm done typing all of a sudden. Is it because I didn't un-install 1.0 first (which I have since done)? Do I need to un-install and re-install 2.0c?

Try unistalling everything to do with VF via control panel, plus use find file to further delete in case there's any residue files still there. Before you re-install completely defrag all drives plus thorough scandisc. Then install VF. plus get update 2.0c (which is the update). Good luck.

Thanks 4 the info laz, but I'm still having the same problem. Any other suggestions? I'm ready 2 pull my hair out at this point.

what are your system specs (OS, mobo, video display card, audio card)?
do you have the latest drivers for your video card?

I just did what laz suggested in the 1st response. Apparently I still had some residue files that I was overlooking before that I hadn't uninstalled but thought I did. Sorry for the long delay in responding.
