I tried to use the codes I was sent but i misread the instructions and botched it. Magix sent me an email intended to fix that and I lost that. It would be nice to talk to somebody or chat, but that ain't going to happen...
No I did not. I tried to copy and paste from the email I was sent to the web site that wanted that information. Nothing worked. I don't remember any instructions referring to a/the link. About a week later I was sent another email with a few different codes, I got to paste one in and got sidetracked with my work obligations. And then I lost the email.
I would rather spend my time editing videos than chatting with a forum until help arrives. I blew off a deadline that i presumed I could because I didn't think help wasn't available. It appears help is a side line and available only if needed. That seems to be the way things are now a days...people can;t get PPE even if they need it, they only get it if the gods think you are deserving...

It sounds like you are blaming Magix for bad support because you lost the email that support sent you. This forum is for users. We cannot give you codes, just provide some direction such as the support banner.
