Can't Add motion blur envelope

I'm using vv4, and according to the manual, if I right click on the video bus, I'll see a menu item titled "Insert/Remove envelope" (which I do).. When I click on it, I only see two submenu items: composite and Fade to Color. The manual says that other envelopes should appear, such as "motion blur". Anyone know why only composite and fade to color show up?

You're probably clicking on a Video Track and not THE Video Bus Track. To see the Video Bus Track on the Timeline, click on the "View" menu and select "Video Bus Track"
