Can't burn DVD

I have DVD Architect 3.0 for several years now and have not burned anything – I finally found some time to get our old VHS videos on the computer and create a DVD project – everything looks great …..Except when I try to burn the DVD I only get a window saying “retrieving media info. Please wait” I have lots of projects saved and would like to burn them– does anyone have any suggestions?

Will DVDA allow you to prepare your project? If so you could burn using different software, such as Nero or the free ImgBurn.

It could also be a problem assimilating your source files.

What did you use to get the VHS video into your computer? Some cheaper capture devices, like the Dazzle, the Plextor ConvertX and the All-in-one card, can produce files that don't work well with anything but the software that came with the device.

It sounds like you're capturing into some video format that DVD Architect is having trouble working with.

Yes I was able to prepare and preview my project, i will give burning it on another software a try, just not sure if it will be compatable.
