Can't download video footage resources in Apple ProRes format

ernie-tamminga wrote on 5/24/2020, 6:41 PM

I'm using Vegas Pro 17, build 387.

I occasionally download footage from Digital Juice and from Productioncrate. In both cases, if I try to download a clip in Prores W/Alpha format, I get an error message in my browser: "No video with supported format and MIME type found".

This message is pretty opaque to me... does anyone know what it means?

(I know there's a more recent update of Vegas Pro 17, but I'm pretty sure that's not the problem.)

Is the OP saying he is unable to use these files, or that he is unable to download them from the websites?
