Can't find the Save as EDL option?

H wanted to save my project as an EDL file so I could easily see where each event has been used/reused.

V8Pro help says to simply go to File-Save AS and use the drop-down menu in the Save as ytpe box, but the EDL option isn't there.

have I missed something obvious? I can't find any other help about this.

File|Save As|(EDL.txt file (found in the "Save as type" dropdown for a veg)

you're not - it's one of sony's little ploys to keep you mentally alert - i often find things are not there the first time i look, but they always appear moments before i'm about to write a rant here about missing.....
