Can't finish burning a dvd

I am using DVD Architect Studio version 2 in a Windows XP Professional computer with 512MB RAM. There is about 100GB of free space on my hard drive. In order to burn a project to a dvd in DVD Architect Studio, I click on "Make DVD" and then choose "Prepare and Burn." This works fine the first time I do it - I can burn the project to a dvd. However, if I try to burn another dvd in DVD Architect Studio, the final "Finish" button is grayed out and I can't complete the burn process. The only way I can burn another dvd is to reboot my computer. Then, if I go back into DVD Architect Studio, the "Finish" button is not grayed out and I can burn a project to a dvd. This problem happens repeatedly.
What could be causing this problem (the "Finish button grayed out when trying to make more than one dvd) and how do I correct it?
Thanks.
Richard

I've seen this before, a long time ago - what's happening is that windows thinks the DVD burner is no longer attached to the computer after the first DVD is burnt, probably when the DVD is ejected from the drive.

I'd start by checking to see if there was any firmware updates for your DVD burner.
