Can't import

After a lot of testing and problems, I manage to change the format of my videos on VLC but that does not change my worries. I can't import the videos on Vegas pro 14 at all, I despair and delay my project ... thanks in advance

We need some info. What format are the videos in originally? Might be able to point you in the direction of another converter that can create a video Vegas will open.
