Can't Import Certain Video Types

Hello,
I use an screen recorder (It's free) and for some reason it won't let me open files made in that screen recorder, same with my iPod. So I have to open it in my old video editor, save it, then edit that. It can get extremely annoying, does anyone have any suggestions?

It's possible that you can import it after installation of proper vfw codec (64-bit version for 64-bit Vegas).
Unfortunately, it's doesn't always works this way. In this case you can try batch transcoder like Handbrake.

Please post MediaInfo report (in text form) for screen recorder generated file.
