Due to problem I was having with the program, a user recommended to re-install the program. I uninstalled it, but can't re-install it.
The installation starts fine, but then a screen pops up saying " the following applications are using files that need to be updated by this setup" The file it shows is "Vegas Movie Studio Platinum (process ID:4852)"
I don't know what do do after that. Every program is closed, like I said I uninstalled Vegas. If I click retry, the same thing shows, if I press ignore, the program doesn't install.
I tried downloading the demo, same thing happened. It just won't install, please help
