Can't Install Video Factory 2.0

I recently had to re-install Video Factory 2.0 on a machine, and an error is keeping from being succesful. The message is: "Internal Error 2889. LicenceAgreementDlg, Agreement Text."

I've completly removed the pervious install, and still have no luck. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks for your help,

I have tried to reinstall my VF2 as well without success. At the moment, I can not get Video Capture to launch or associate itself with VF. I did try to communicate with their customer support folks but got no answer, The request from them was to include my product ID and I did but in a previous message to them I didn't ang got a prompt response in less than 3 days. Sunde like they want ot capture new customers rather than keem us old ones that PAID for the stupid thing........
