Can't Load Themes

I'm new to DVD Architect Studio, so this might be obvious, but I can't get any themes to load. When I click the "From Themes" button on the page tab, I only get the blue background. I have no "Themes" tab down next to the "Page" and "Object" tabs. I have uninstalled and installed the program several times, but with no success. I see the folders for themes on my computer, and I can use various object buttons that are apparently from various themes, but that is all. Anything I'm missing?

Do you have a THEMES tab at the bottom left of your window, next to the MEDIA EXPLORER tab?

There it is! Thanks. I knew it must be something obvious, but I just couldn't find it. Now comes the hard part, I guess--trying to go into xml and make a new theme! Thanks a lot.
