can't log into vegas hub

is anybody know why I can't access into vegas hub & text to speech feature? it always show "unexpected network communication error. Please ensure you are on-line", idk why because network connection is normal.

I try to re-install it, re-activate, when I open the vegas pro, I saw the 'vegas hub logout' appear on the toolbar but close suddenly in a few second , and face the same problem again.

vegas pro 19.0 (Build 341), Indonesia region

First of all download and install build 361 from this place

I can't open hub in build 424. One reason could be that I made a typo mistake in entering my email address the first time so I tried entering the same faulty one in case that might work. It doesn't. I have a second email address which Magix prefers because my other, more common one is a verizon address and Magix was once having problems with that. I'm out of ideas. If that is the case, how do I re-enter to correct my first error. Why does this have to be so complicated anyway?

Have you tried contacting VEGAS technical support? If so do you have a ticket number that we can try looking up?

I am now unable to log in to Vegas Hub. I could do so a few days ago. I get an error message saying an error occurred. AADB2C90273. I am using the correct Magix log in credentials. I reinstalled Vegas Pro 19 and it still does not allow me to log in to Vegas Hub. Suggestions?

We have been made aware of an failure for several hours over the weekend with the Azure services used to manage the VEGAS Hub functionality. The problem was resolved after some time. We will work with Microsoft to create a method for better detection of this failure so we are able to change services when a failure like this occurs in the future.
