Can't move logo to the corner - disappears from the focus area?

Trying to move a rectangular logo to the left upper corner but when making the logo smaller, there comes a fine "line" from which the logo can't be moved forward and just disappears from the screen. Please see my explanation here: https://www.screencast.com/t/b815FcC1GD

I hope you can help me out. It has never happened before but this time when I really need to add the logo, it happens :)

You're using the wrong tool.
Use Track Motion tool instead and it will work perfectly.

Make sure to default the Event Pan/Crop window back to normal, so it does not cause a double effect.
Right-click inside of Event Pan/Crop window and select Restore.

Derek's solved your problem for you but looking at your video I suspect your problem was caused by the Pan/Crop box being "Match Source Output" instead of "Match Output Aspect". Right clicking on the box gives the option to change it.
