  1. Does close Vegas, and reopen again can help fix?
  2. Have you tried checking the project.veg.bak , does this one open without any problem?
  3. Where this MOV file came from? Is it Canon DSLR movies?

Can you share a screen shot of your project properties? Your frame rate seems way off.

Do you mean this?

No, these are your Vegas properties. Hit the icon that looks like a gear.

Something is weird with the program, i started a new project with other footage of OBS, ant it looks like this: it like they use my last screenshot on the preview

xberk wrote on 1/31/2017, 12:37 PM

Alt + enter for Project properties ..

Did you try to close the preview window and reopen it? Likely it won't help since you opened and reopened the project. Use View/Window/Video Preview to toggle the preview window open and closed to try that.

You also try to delete about half of the media and do a "save as", then open the new veg and see what happens. The idea is to keep deleting media until you find the one event that might be causing the problem Also try to load the media into a new project and see what happens.

In other words, do what you can to NARROW down the problem. Try to find out what works in Vegas and what does not. Generally these things are caused by Codec problems with your media. Variable frame rate can also be an issue.

Search "Sony Vegas black preview window" or something like that for solutions and things to try.
