Can't open reinstalled software after uninstalling all programs/ad-ons

I already tried twice to reinstall Vegas Pro 20 and all add ons from Vegas Post. I have an important project delivery on this week and Vegas doest not let me even open it.

The first time, I only tried to reinstall Vegas on another language and also downloaded again the add on files that did not complete on the first time.

I figured, ok, let's uninstall everything and try it again so that the process starts fresh. I keep getting the same error.
It was almost everything allright when I installed and tested for the first time.

I would first try a reset (which is done without opening). Be aware however, most of your custom preferences will be reset the factory defaults..
Hold down the 'Ctrl+Shift' keys, whilst launching VP which should open the reset/clear cache tool.

What video driver version for your Geforce GTX 960M?

jedtv, checking the GeForce Experience program, I have the version 398.82 from the GeForce Game Ready Driver. I tried to update it, but it won't let me (I opened another ticket on nividia as well in order to minimize future issues)

But it is weird, because the first instalattion was successful and I was able to make a short edit. After checking that not all add-ons were not installed, I decided to reinstall and that's when the problem began.

just manually updated with Nvidia support and also tried to reinstall Vegas Pro 20, but I keep getting the same error and the program does not initialize.

now i'm running my driver from GTX 960M on 531.41

Fault Module:        C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\OpenCL.DLL

This is a Windows module, often updated by the video driver which is why I suspected that might help.
