Can't open Vegas Pro 12.0 projects with Vegas Pro 365

I've recently upgraded from Vegas Pro 12.0 to the 365 version, and for the most part I can open my earlier edit files, but there are two files that I cannot open and that are very important to me.

Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know what I can do to open these edit files?

These two files are draft 1 and draft 2 of the same project. What happens is that draft 1 freezes up at 35% of opening up the files and draft 2 freezes up at 40%.

My computer OS is Windows 10.

I mean that the program freezes when opening up the media for each edit file.

Which media do you use? Maybe you need Quicktime. Go to "Options" -> "Preferences" -> "Deprecated Features" -> "Enable the Quicktime plugin". Does it works?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I tried, but it didn't work. I did have a problem with Quicktime for a while several versions of Vegas ago.

My media in this project are mpg and mp4 files.
