Can't register or open CDA5.2

I just installed the bundled CDA 5.2 which came with my Sound Forge 9. I can't get the registration process to work. It now says my trial has expired (I never did 'trial' the software) and there is no way I can get it to register my serial number and open the program.

Only choices are to "buy" or "close"

I''ve registered the serial number via the website but that does not activate the software so I can use it.

Need help with this.

If you downloaded the programs, check your email confirmation and make sure you're using the correct serial number. The SF9 s/n will not work with CDA as they each have their own.

I've installed both off the software cd and no luck
and from the website and the same problem.....

I got the boxed version of CDA with my SF 9 and I have tried to use the official serial number printed inside the small CDA start up manual. Since that didn't even work, it seems to be the website/registration is at fault...
