Can't render custom video clips in VV4

Because, the "custom" option is gone! I swear it was there last week. Now I can only
render in DV formats which is too large for what I want to do. How do I get it back?

If your Custom button is grayed out and you have previously registered for MPEG from Vegas 4, you'll need to contact Customer Service (in the Support menu at the top of this page). Be prepared to provide your serial number.

Duhh, I found this forum for the first time, posted my question, and then forgot where I posted it....I guess I was under the impression that I would get an email when someone replied.

Anyway, no matter what format I choose, the custom button is not there-not grayed out, just not there. Maybe I should reinstall. If that doesn't work I'll call customer support. Thanks!
