Can't render my video - Vegas Pro 16

Hi guys, I started to use Vegas to do one video for a college work. My video has less than 2 minutes, but I can't render to mp4 or similar. I'm using trial program, because it's just for this work. Could someone help me? I have to deliver the work this week and I'm soo desperate.

You would likely get more responses if you posted this on the Vegas Pro VIDEO forum. Audio the bastard step-child of video, so the audio forum page is not viewed by many video folks.

That said, try highlighting a region under two minutes and 'Render as loop region only'. There may be a marker or something that makes Vegas assume it is 2+ minutes.
