Can't view keyframe controller on Video FX!

Hello all.
Please help if you can. When I add a video event fx to a clip, I can not then modify it because, when I open up the FX 'controller', there isn't a keyframe controller at the bottom! There is when I go into the crop and pan effect, but nothing on Video FX! I have looked through the manual, checked my preferences etc, but still can't do it.
I am adding FX to clips, and not to the track overall.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Sparky

Drag the corner of the "controller" window to increase the size. The keyframes should magically appear...

Thanks. I have tried this, but no luck.
I have tried, VIEW- Video Envelopes- TRack Keyframes as well.
Still nothing. As I said, it's there Event Pan and cropping, but not for video FX NOR media generators?!
Any other suggestions gratefully received!
regards
Sparky

Try just grabbing the bottom of the window and pulling down...

The "keyframe" area is also resizable and you have, effectively, hidden it. Try this:

Slowly move the mouse toward the bottom of the FX box.

AS SOON AS the pointer changes to an up/down arrow, STOP (note, this will be BEFORE reaching the edge of the box which resizes the box.

Click and drag upwards to reveal the keyframe area.
