Haven't tried it with Vegas 11 but the two work fine together with vers. 8.0 and Platinum 11 on the same computer.

I have vegas pro 10 and VMS 11 Platinum on the same machine (XP Pro (soon to be win 7)) and have not had any issues that I am aware of.

I have Vegas Pro 9.0, 10.0 & 11.0 living peacefully with Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.0 & 11.0 without any problems on Windows 7 64-bit. So no worries. :)
