Can Vegas Pro Edit 21 use AI for pan & scan?

I am considering upgrading from Vegas Pro Edit 19 to Pro Edit 21 via Humble Bundle. I saw the AI masking option and was wondering if I can use it perform automatic pan & scan. For example, I record preaching in 4k and would like to convert some clips to portrait-style tiktok-like videos. I don't prefer to track the speaker manually, and want to know if the AI in 21 can track them and keep them in frame for me.

Download the trial version of VP22 and give it a try. You still might have to do some manual adjusting. But for the cost of the upgrade from VP19 to VP21, the low price is worth it, BUT Auto Reframe isn't in VP21 but VP22.
