Can Vegas Pro Multi angle live with video cards?

I know this may be a dumb question, but can Sony Vegas Pro 9 Multi Angle live for events if we have a 3 cam man shoot., meaning if I used Blackmagic design video card, is this possible?

If you're looking for the functionality of this http://www.avtake.com/index.asp software, the answer is no, Vegas can't do it.

Right. Vegas can't do live with even a single camera and display. It's an editor, not a signal processor.

Is that kind of like a tricaster , it looks like it does so much more but cheaper

The tricaster line is a hardware solution, while the AVTakeFour is strictly software, well it does need a PC and the video input cards. But otherwise the software emulates the functionality of a studio switcher plus.... For someone on a budget, which way to go would be a no-brainer.
