Can Vegas Render This Format? (3GPP, 3GPP2)

Can any one let me know can vegas video 5 or any 3rd party plug-in render the following format :-
Code: MPEG4, H263
Format:3GPP, 3GPP2.
The file have to be for Mobile Stream in 2.5 & 3G phone.

3GPP, 3GPP2 you can do with canopus procoder 2
