Not sure what you mean by "auto arrange", but you can place 20 songs on the timeline and have it burn a CD with 2 second gaps between each song with each song on a separate track.

You have to place a CD MARKER before each track. (Do so by pressing "N")

Start a new project, load the tracks you want to burn in the media pool, select them in the desired order, right click> add as CD tracks. Markers and 2 sec spacing will be added automatically.

Did you select DISC AT ONCE(DAO) or TRACK AT ONCE(TAO) when burning?
You need to select DAO to see individual tracks on your burnt CD.
If I remember right, TAO will burn as one long track, indicating TRACK 1 for the entire 20 songs, when loaded in a CD player.

I recently did this and it worked as advertised.

I do feel that 2 seconds may be aesthetically a bit short. For the material on the CD I did 3-4 seconds would have sounded better. I think I did find on the preferences where the 2 second default can be changed. Give it a listen and decide for yourself.
