Can you have pictures Zoom the way text can?

I know how to add text overlays and have them zoom in. If I drop a picture into the video overlay, I can change its size and location. Is there a way to have it zoom in?

Should be the same principle.

You just keyframe the size change in the Pan/Crop tool.
