can you not Upgrade if you live in the EU?

or how when I try to upgrade to VEGAS 18 pro, it says:

For legal reasons, a purchase from the United States Shop is only possible if the invoice recipient's location is not in an EU country. If you are in the EU, select a suitable offer from another location.

 

What else to do then ?? :)

From the top of Vegas' webpage, click on the globe symbol at the far right and select your country if it listed and then try the purchase process again. If your specific EU country is not listed, try 'International".
