Is there a way to nudge (slide) a region forward or backward by a specific amount of time using a keyboard shortcut? I know you can grab the event with the mouse pointer and drag it, but this is not very precise. I'm looking to do the same thing that is called a nudge in Pro Tools. Sometimes I like to duplicate a track and then delay one of the tracks by nudging it. A keyboard shortcut would be handy for this.
