Legally? Nope. It's against Real's licensing agreement.

However, if you google for something called "real alternative" you may find some tools that will rip Real files into other formats. Still not legal, but it is possible.

Real2avi works very well. I've used it to convert some very old audio files that I only had in REAL format.
