So I've got a Moto 360 Camera and record 360 video fairly often, but I'm having a problem importing it into Movie Studio Platinum 17. It won't recognize the video or audio. When I tried to import it from the menu it gave me an error message: The number of channels is not supported.
In analyzing the file it has an odd audio channel layout...the weird part is there's only audio on one channel. Otherwise it's identical to regular videos I've recorded on the phone that import just fine.
I'm not opposed to trying to strip out the audio and just getting the video imported, and fixing the audio in Audacity or something. I just don't want to lose the 360 metadata. Any help would be appreciated in getting this imported, thanks!
