I just was able to install on older i3 windows 10 no problem. But just cannot on my newer i7 windows 10

Does the computer 'not installing ' meet minimum specs for vegas 23. Pro 9 suggests your machine might be too old. Well worth checking to save frustration.

It meets. Like I said I just installed on an old i3 windows 10 no problem, but the newer i7 will install acid, sound forge and add one no problem. It say Vegas 23 was successful but when I put in s/n, the error page comes up asking to give details and email

@studio-morris, unless you check on "Show problem details", that window means nothing other than a crash occurred. If you click on "Show problem details", it will give you some information regarding the crash that might help figure out why it crashed.

I did check show problem details but nothing I could understand. Like I said it installed on old windows 10 no problem
